add giturl.txt

Define the Github official repo url in a separate file. This will allow for future centmin.sh menu option 23 updates to automate the switching of official Git repo urls i.e. if the Git repo is renamed in future, it can pull the most current Git repo url from this file instead so local Centmin Mod Git copies can still switch Git repo names for updates even if they have not been updated themselves.
