* 123.08beta03 branch is the merging of the 3 branches - .08 beta 02 + 123.08lua + 123.08livestats so the new beta has both Nginx Lua + LuaJIT support + new Nginx vhost traffic statistics

this should help speed up initial installs and also help lessen the chance of broken 3rd party download links on initial install

I packaged up the majority of downloads required to be at /svr-setup into a zip ~30MB in size with .08 beta03 download. Only one that isn't included is Pagespeed PSOL binary as it's 600+ MB or 200+ MB compressed and github has a max 100MB per file size limit.
