tighten cmsec arch handling to x86_64 only in 140.00beta01

Centmin Mod supports x86_64 only — the multi-arch regex inherited from the
upstream cmsec check template was inert dead code on every supported host
and misleading to readers about the actual support matrix.

Changes:
- tools/cmm-security/checks/check-cve-2026-31431.sh
- strip_arch(): regex narrowed from
`(x86_64|aarch64|ppc64le|s390x|i686|armv7hl)` to `x86_64`.
- extract_linode_kernel_version(): regex narrowed from
`-(x86_64|aarch64|i386|i686|arm64)?-?linode[0-9]+` to
`-x86_64-?linode[0-9]+`. Linode kernels on Centmin Mod hosts always
carry the x86_64 token.
- tools/cmm-security/checks/check-cve-2026-43284.sh: same strip_arch()
narrowing.
- tools/cmm-security/checks/check-cve-2026-43500.sh: same strip_arch()
narrowing.

Branch parity with 141.00beta01 (commit 23955629) and 132.00stable;
tools/cmm-security/ remains byte-identical across all three branches.
