    add checks to APC Cache and Xcache reinstall menu options 7 and 6

    make sure a conflicting opcache isn't already installed, if detected prompt to use menu options 9 and 8 instead will are install NOT reinstall functions which properly take care of existing conflicting opcache configuration files.
