    add checkipvsix function to detect if IPv6 networking enabled in 123.09beta01

    To properly enable/disable CSF Firewall's IPV6 support option based on checkipvsix function determining if IPv6 networking is enabled or not. Solves issues where IPv6 networking is enabled only after initial Centmin Mod install and thus CSF Firewall detects IPv6 disabled and disables support for IPv6. The checkipvsix function runs everytime centmin.sh shell menu is run to check if IPv6 networking is enabled or not and auto adjust IPV6 variable in /etc/csf/csf.conf CSF Firewall config file. Issue reported at Nginx - IPv6 not answering on IP | Centmin Mod Community
