Cloudflare No More Ticket Support For Cloudflare Free Plan - only Community Forum support

    Heads up Cloudflare has now removed ticket support for Cloudflare Free plan users for technical issues and only use Community Forum support Contacting Cloudflare Support. Cloudflare Free plan users still do get ticket support for non-technical issues like billing, account, 2FA, and abuse issues. To get technical ticket support, you need to upgrade to Cloudflare Pro or higher plan.

    As an official Cloudflare community MVP myself, I've seen more Cloudflare support folks being trained to handle Cloudflare technical issues on the Cloudflare community forums and Cloudflare MVPs do help out in unofficial capacities too :)
