    part 2 update inc/nginx_addvhost.inc check_dns function in 123.09beta01

    Update check_dns function for domain DNS A record checks to ensure to take into account domains behind cloudflare as well as behind incapsula or sucuri where DNS A record returned IP will differ from server real IP. So ignore the different IPs reported if Cloudflare, Incapsula or Sucuri reverse proxy protection is detected in front of the domain's server so you don't get error messages like at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/centmin-sh-menu-option-2-letsencrypt-behind-cloudflare.17056/
