    acmetool.sh 1.0.48 correct letsencrypt key file permissions in 123.09beta01

    - despite nginx HTTPS ssl certs working fine in production, when in nginx debug mode the error log complains of permissions for letsencrypt key permission when set to 600 but is okay with 0644
