    acmetool.sh 0.9.2 acme-menu mode update for custom webroot

    - also ensure to note to enter domain name without www. prefix
    - update custom webroot method for acme-menu mode to prompt for just the webroot directory name itself and then confirm the full path to ensure users have a web root path wihtin their /home/nginx/domains/ directory path
