Harware info script/tool

Is there any script/tool included on Centminmod to check some hardware info on the server?

I need to get some info like cpu model, network card model and speed, ram type, and hard disk model (if raid is in use and what kind of raid 0/5/10 ) ?

Hwinfo tool seems very good but as i don't want to mess with repo's and Centminmod i want to ask if it is safe to use:
