Forums updated to Xenforo 1.5 latest version

The community forums have now updated from Xenforo 1.4.x to 1.5.x latest version. Finally !

This means that you can now enable 2 step authentication on your forum accounts if you want at https://community.centminmod.com/account/two-step

The style is a bit dated so there's bound to be cosmetic bugs around. I'll get around to a style update later on when I have more time.
