140.00beta01 install > betainstaller83.sh installs php 8.2 (not 8.3)

On an Hetzner CPX21 Almalinux 8 I just installed the 140.00beta01 betainstaller83.sh and it seems like it's actually PHP 8.2.21 that's installed.

Manually updating to 8.3.9 using the menu seems to have worked perfectly though.
