Wordpress 100% CPU usage - Need some help

That is partially due to redis object cache - so if you want you can disable that wp plugin. It's a known issue that you can either live with or not.

Yes that's known issue too, need to clear redis cache and maybe restart nginx/php-fpm when changing themes.
