Nginx .07 release default Nginx configuration

Centmin Mod v1.2.3-eva2000.07 release's default Nginx configuration looks like the following and will be listed at http://centminmod.com/nginx.html.

There's a few more additional Nginx modules compiled in that are not available for out of box default CentOS Nginx YUM/RPM installs.

• nginx-http-concat (Centmin Mod v1.2.3-eva2000.01 and higher - example)
• Google ngx_pagspeed module (Centmin Mod v1.2.3-eva2000.01 and higher)

You'll need to properly install and setup your own SSL certificate andconfigure Nginx SSL Vhost to enable SPDY but the SPDY module support itself is already compiled into Nginx.

Optional Nginx modules installed when centmin.sh has variable NGINX_OPENRESTY set to yes (NGINX_OPENRESTY=y). Default is set to no, NGINX_OPENRESTY=n.
